i.e. Luc Leguey, 1876-?

Luc Leguey was a French painter and illustrator, born in Paris. He was a student of Robert-Fleury and worked as a comic illustrator for Le Gil Blas Illustrè  and Pages Folles, and contributed to Le Rire, Le Sourire, Le Charivari and Le Frou-Blanchette. He published comics in the magazine Diabolo Journal and also worked under the pseudonym Lukle Gai.

Extent 55 lvs. French manuscript book. 30 partially full-page aquarelles and 12 ink drawings.
